Chefs Neil and Clayton, along with the family patriarch Louis-(Wigi), run Wigi’s kitchen and source the majority of the food, favouring small, artisanal suppliers and prioritizing quality over quantity. Every member of the Wigi’s crew is encouraged by the family atmosphere to constantly innovate and improve ingredient-focused dishes, resulting in a modern yet diverse Mediterranean bistro cuisine with classic favourites.

It’s not just the perfectly prepared food that makes this restaurant so unpretentious; it’s also the ambience and excellent service, along with a pleasant yet dynamic setting. Wigi’s son, Beppe, enters through the front door. Beppe oversees all other aspects of the restaurant, ensuring that the guests’ needs are met at every stage of their visit to Wigi’s, from reservation to dessert. Wes and Eunice aid him in ensuring that the guest leaves Wigi’s satisfaction and wants to return. Family is definitely at the heart of our restaurant, with the main goal being to make clients feel at ease and at home.
