The Golden Fork

In the heart of Attard, The Golden Fork offers an unrivalled dining experience. The traditional Maltese cuisine, as well as the gorgeous Mediterranean, are continual sources of inspiration. The newest menu, designed by Executive Chef Letizia Vella, is inspired by the Chef’s childhood recollections of growing up in Malta. This inspiring young Chef believes in serving delectable dishes that nourish the spirit.
Local farmers and producers provide 80 per cent of the fresh ingredients at The Golden Fork.

Letizia’s culinary profession began at a young age, thanks to her family’s passion for quality and tradition. She sought opportunities to further develop her creativity after completing her education at Malta’s Culinary Institute. Her culinary skills were honed via an internship with Chef Heston Blumenthal at The Fat Duck, followed by a position as a Chef de Partie at Dinner by Heston. She continued to pursue her passion for cooking in various upscale restaurants in Malta before opening The Golden Fork in 2019.
