The Villa is an enormous 19th-century palazzo once the vacation residence of one of Malta’s foremost 20th-century entrepreneurs and one of the oldest structures in the Balluta neighbourhood. The menu is inspired by their childhood memories, personal experiences, travels, and love of food. The dishes are made with the freshest ingredients from Xara Gardens and other local vendors. The components are then combined in an unusual way to stimulate conversation among attendees.
