am writing this review to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with the unprofessional conduct exhibited by Mapfre in handling our home insurance claim. The way you have treated us throughout this process is truly disheartening, and I feel compelled to share my experience with others. From the very beginning, we encountered unnecessary delays, inadequate communication, and a complete disregard for our situation. Despite submitting a legitimate claim for damages caused by the neighboring construction, Maofre consistently avoided taking responsibility for accepting the claim and later paying for the repairs that our home desperately requires. One of the most appalling aspects of our interaction with Mafre is the blatant dishonesty. It is shocking they would outright lie about not sending an inspector to assess the damages when we contacted them after first incident. This level of deceit undermines any trust we had placed in them and raises serious questions about they commitment to serving your policyholders with integrity. Furthermore, it is essential to clarify that we were not seeking financial gain from our claim. Our sole intention was to restore our home to its pre-damaged condition, as it had been recently renovated just before the construction next door commenced. The repairs we requested were simply to rectify the damages caused by the neighboring construction, which is well within the scope of our insurance policy coverage. Unfortunately, instead of providing the support and assistance we expected, Mafre Insurance Company has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. The impact of your negligence and indifference is causing us significant distress and financial burden, as we are left to bear the costs of repairs that should rightfully be covered by our policy. In conclusion, our experience with Mafre Insurance Company has been nothing short of a nightmare.
