Our bistro aspires to provide diners with the opportunity to pause for a moment and enjoy a thoughtfully prepared meal in a tranquil and beautiful setting. Our restaurant’s name (which means “Now”) is a play on the slogan “Carpe Diem,” which means “Live in the Moment.” We feel that time should not impede properly enjoying the “Now,” thus, we removed the minute hands from a handful of carefully selected clocks to depict this state.
