Brendon is most known for high-end restaurants and hotels. His unique products are limited to a few specialised outlets in Malta and Gozo. Brendon is a young entrepreneur with a lot of experience in the Wine & spirits industry. Today Brendon owns Brenorg & Bottle Fever. These two companies were created with one aim: to import the best products at reasonable prices. Brendon never looked back, and today he owns big brand names that are sold only to selected establishments and private clients.
Brenorg first started on a part-time basis, despite the tight market for excellent food during that time. A dream, but not an obsession, that it could turn into his profession one day.
Brendon works only directly and hands-in-hand with producers. Passion, research, dedication and attention to detail kept him going, always on the lookout for those producers who liked him and shared a passion for quality. Today Brenorg remains one of the few businesses in Malta that practice what they preach, in their case ‘fine food”.
Brenorg believes in Knowledge, Quality and Honesty. Growing slowly but more influential is the philosophy of this young entrepreneur. He will focus on the on-trade strength to be more accessible to consumers around the islands.
