With a healthy and environmentally sensitive mindset, we provide homemade Vietnamese and Asian street food. The venture is owned and operated by Chef Jeremy Borg Tran and his wife Emily.

In the summer of 2018, the Bánh M food truck hit the road, becoming Malta’s first Vietnamese and Asian food truck, and soon establishing a following.
