San Gwann with Marsa and Marsaxlokk was promoted from the BOV Second Division to First Division. For next year, the Challenge League would have fifteen teams.
Last week we (Maltize) made a surprise visit to San Ġwann FC, premises. On the 26th of October 2019, San Gwann was inaugurated with a newly resurfaced pitch. Franco Baresi AC Milan Legend was the special guest for this occasion.
Our first merchandise arrived, and guess what? San Gwann FC was presented with 20 Football bibs to be used for 5A-sides. The 5A-side game is pretty popular in Malta, and many organise weekly matches with their friends or work colleagues. That’s why you’ll probably find a 5A- side pitch in practically every town. Today San Gwann Premises include, a 24/7 Fitness Club which is open 24 hours 7 days a week with ample parking space in the surroundings.
